The opportunityUnity's Salesforce GTM Tech team builds and scales the Salesforce platform behind our cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, which include Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and the teams that support them. We want you to join us in our New York City office as a Senior Salesforce Administrator. You'll combine deep admin expertise with a technical mindset. You'll design scalable automation and data models, set the standards others build to, and partner with business systems analysts, developers and go-to-market leaders to turn complex requirements into lasting CRM solutions. In the short term, you'll share responsibility for the health and reliability of our platform. Over time, you'll help shape the Salesforce roadmap that supports how Unity sells and grows.
What you'll be doing- Support the configuration, security model and overall health of our enterprise Salesforce org, and serve as the escalation point for complex admin and automation issues
- Triage and resolve Salesforce support requests from go-to-market users, find the root cause of recurring issues and turn them into lasting fixes
- Design and build scalable declarative solutions (flows, custom objects, validation rules, and dynamic Lightning pages) that balance speed with long-term maintainability
- Partner with business systems analysts, developers and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and revenue operations to turn complex go-to-market workflows into well-designed solutions, and recommend simpler paths when they exist
- Define and uphold admin best practices, including flow standards, deployments, release and sandbox governance, data quality, and documentation
- Collaborate with the broader team: review solution designs and assess each Salesforce release for features the business should adopt
What we're looking for- Deep, hands-on expertise administering and configuring Salesforce in a complex, enterprise-scale org, including its data model, security model (organization-wide defaults, sharing rules and permission set groups) and governor limits
- Advanced Flow Builder skills, including complex record-triggered flows, subflows, fault handling and a sense of when automation should move to code
- A background implementing lead-to-cash processes, including CPQ and billing platforms integrated with Salesforce
- Experience owning go-to-market application integrations and configuration, with tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, HG Insights and Clari
- Experience managing deployments end to end, including sandbox strategy, data migration tools and deployment tools such as Gearset and Copado
- A track record of handling support requests in a ticket-based queue, balancing quick fixes for users with longer-term project work
- The ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations, drive alignment across teams and explain technical trade-offs clearly to senior business partners
You might also have- Experience developing in Apex (triggers, classes and test classes) and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Zuora CPQ or other quote-to-cash tools integrated with Salesforce
- Hands-on involvement in consolidating multiple Salesforce orgs, including data model alignment, data cleansing, and data migration
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I
- Comfort with SOQL and experience with integrations, APIs or Git-based CI/CD workflows
