Full Job Description
Full-time - Level 4 Analyst What You'll Do As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a key partner to our AMER sales leadership team to help support long-term growth. This role blends hands-on execution with a strategic lens. You will be responsible for maintaining the data and processes the region runs on today, while bringing data-driven recommendations to the table on how we should scale our processes and build the team to support continued growth. Territory, Quota & Capacity Planning • Lead our annual territory carve for AMER, getting into the weeds of the underlying data to ensure accuracy and equitability, and bringing clear, data-driven recommendations on how we should structure territories to drive focus while giving reps a realistic path to hit their targets. • Build capacity models that translate growth targets into recommended headcount, territory coverage, and quota scenarios for leadership to evaluate. Scaling Our Processes • Bring data-driven recommendations for how our sales processes need to evolve as the region and company grow, identifying bottlenecks before they slow the business down. • Partner with our Business Systems team to scope and prioritize Salesforce flows and automations. • Continuously evaluate where manual, one-off, or tribal-knowledge processes need to become documented and repeatable. Data & Reporting Infrastructure • Design dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Salesforce, Clari) that give leadership real time visibility into performance. • Analyze sales data, KPIs, and trends to surface insights on what is working and what isn't, and provide recommendations on where leaders should focus their attention. • Partner with Sales Leadership on forecasting cadences and keep forecast data clean, current, and trustworthy. AI-Driven Process Improvement • Identify opportunities to use AI tools to automate manual Sales Ops workflows, such as data analysis and process improvement. • Design AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency across the broader sales team. Who You Are • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience. • 4+ years of experience in Go-to-Market Operations, Sales Strategy and Operations, or Revenue Operations at a high growth B2B SaaS company. • Technically savvy, with a solid understanding of how Salesforce flows and automations work and a sense for the art of the possible; you won't be building these yourself, but you'll partner closely with our Business Systems team to scope, prioritize, and validate the right builds. • Hands-on experience with Sales tech stack tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, or Fullcast. • Proficient with Google Sheets and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, with experience building dashboards from scratch. • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up analysis, data cleaning, and reporting, and curious about where AI can remove manual work from Sales Ops processes. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the attention to detail to get into the data and make data driven decisions. • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to present data and findings to senior sales leaders clearly and concisely, and to build trust quickly. • A creative, solutions oriented thinker who is energized by ambiguous problems that don't have an existing answer. • A proactive self starter who takes initiative without waiting to be asked. For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $84,000 and $132,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $95,000 and $136,000/year (including bonus or commission).Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
