Senior Roadway Project Manager
CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a SeniorRoadway Project Manager to join our Highway & Rail Team in Columbus, OH or Cleveland, OH, where you will help shape the future of transportation networks across the region. What You'll Do:
Lead proposal development and create clear scopes, schedules, and budgets in coordination with transportation technical teams
Serve as the primary client partner, addressing needs proactively and ensuring strong communication throughout each project
Develop project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and direct task coordination across multidisciplinary project teams
Manage project schedules, deliverables, approvals, and quality controls to keep work on track and aligned with contract requirements
Ability to work in a team environment, solve problems independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $140,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
