Full Job Description
About the Role

We're hiring a Senior RevOps Systems Manager to join our Revenue Operations team here in NYC. This is an opportunity to serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and to have significant impact on how our go to market motion runs.

You'll own our GTM tech stack: the tools, processes, and integrations that power our go to market motion, and bring the experience and instincts to evolve it as we scale.

This is a high ownership role for someone who doesn't need to be handed a playbook. You'll come in with opinions, build the right systems, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just outputs.

What you'll do

HubSpot Administration & Platform Ownership
  • Serve as the senior HubSpot administrator and work with cross functional stakeholders to determine business need and structure for new hubs (e.g Service Hub)
  • Own platform architecture: pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, custom properties, permissions, and reporting infrastructure
  • Set the standard for how the platform is configured, documented, and maintained as the business grows

Tech Stack Ownership & Strategy
  • Own the GTM stack end to end, including integrations, data flows, and system health across tools
  • Lead tool evaluations with structured analysis and a clear recommendation, not just a feature comparison
  • Proactively identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities before they become problems

Process Design & Insights
  • Partner with RevOps leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable system solutions
  • Drive process improvements across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle

Troubleshooting & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Be the team's primary troubleshooter: diagnose cross-system issues end to end and communicate clearly
  • Translate between technical complexity and business impact for stakeholders at all levels, turning business requirements into technical systems solutions

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in a systems administration or GTM operations role with demonstrated ownership across a full stack
  • Deep, admin-level HubSpot expertise; HubSpot certifications strongly preferred
  • Track record of building and improving GTM systems, not just maintaining them
  • Strong analytical instincts: you know what questions to ask of the data and how to surface what matters
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy; you figure things out, document what you find, and communicate proactively
  • Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, and CX at a fast-moving company

What you bring
  • Sharp problem-solving instincts, especially in fast-moving, ambiguous situations
  • Confidence to make decisions with best-available rather than perfect information
  • A drive to understand why your systems behave the way they do, not just that they work, but how
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-first mentality and a love of learning
  • Low ego, high energy

What we offer
  • Competitive Compensation ($140K-$160K base) and meaningful equity
  • Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Health Coverage
  • Computer and workspace enhancements
  • 401(k) plan (non-matching)
  • Unlimited vacation, 9 company holidays including election day, and 1 personal volunteer day a year
  • Company-paid Wellhub membership for fitness and wellness
  • Dinner covered with Uber Eats, plus a stocked kitchen to keep you fueled
  • Opportunity to take on significant responsibility and ownership in scaling a product that can change the lives of home service pros
