Position Summary
The Senior Revenue Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accurate review of contracts, including billing and revenue schedules, for all contracts, in both our CRM and our GL tools. Responsible for reviewing and posting revenue each month close, ensuring compliance with US GAAP / ASC 606, and working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue processes. This role requires a strong understanding of ASC 606, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606 and company policies.
• Perform monthly revenue close procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Review customer contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition treatment.
• Review customer contracts to ensure accurate billing and revenue reporting.
• Analyze deferred revenue and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Assist in financial audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation.
• Continuously improving revenue processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the implementation and optimization of revenue accounting systems.

$82,500 - $104,000 a year
