ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop new methodologies for biologically characterizing electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) products
- Perform routine biological characterization of liquids and aerosols for potential cytotoxicity to support product development
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration activities
- Adherence to GLP.
- Write, execute, and update SOPs
- Maintain a record of results
- Present reports on experimental results
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:- B.S. with 6 years of hands-on lab experience
- Demonstrated experience in a laboratory setting to include basic laboratory procedures such as weighing, quantitative transfer, and volumetric dilutions required.
- Hands-on experience in aseptic mammalian cell-culture techniques required.
- Expertise with utilizing flow cytometry to analyze biological samples
- Experience with plate-based assays (fluorescence, luminescence, and/or absorbance) a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office & statistical software (e.g., Graphpad Prism) and plus
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
- Excellent data management.
EDUCATION:- BS/MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell/Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, or related field

SALARY RANGES:Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given
geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.
