Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven leadership experience managing or leading procurement teams and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, including sourcing, purchase order management, supplier management, receiving, and invoicing.

  • Experience working with SAP and other ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
