Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to serve as a primary point of contact for the CODE organization and provide senior-level leadership and oversight of contractor activities.
The Task Lead will coordinate contractor personnel, facilitate Government and Contractor communications, and ensure program activities are effectively planned, executed, monitored, and documented.
This role has a strong IT leadership and cybersecurity focus, with responsibility for supporting enterprise security, risk management, compliance, cross-team coordination, and strategic IT operations.
Responsibilities:- Provide overall management and oversight of contractor personnel and activities.
- Serve as a primary liaison between Government and Contractor leadership.
- Maintain processes for tracking requirements, activities, deliverables, and performance.
- Ensure contractor activities are executed in accordance with the PWS.
- Support applicable Government financial and business processes.
- Make timely decisions on behalf of the Contractor in response to Government requirements and concerns.
- Proactively identify and communicate contractual, programmatic, and resource issues.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, and CMMC.
- Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
- Coordinate internal and external security audits and validate the effectiveness of security controls.
- Coordinate activities across project teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Lead response efforts during major cybersecurity incidents, including detection, containment, and recovery.
- Oversee the selection and management of third-party security vendors.
- Ensure technology acquisitions and vendor activities meet organizational security requirements.
- Promote a security-first culture through organization-wide cybersecurity education and training.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership and accountability, including responsibility for effective IT management.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT strategic planning, including planning and managing IT functions.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT workforce planning, including assessing workforce requirements and developing strategies to meet those needs.
- At least 5 years of experience with IT budgeting, including annual and multi-year IT planning, programming, and budgeting.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT investment management, including evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of IT resource investments.
- At least 5 years of experience in information security and privacy, including establishing, implementing, and maintaining an organization-wide information security program.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting digital equity and accessibility, including promoting accessibility of information and telecommunications technologies.
Salary Disclosure:Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
