Qualifications

• 10 years of verifiable experience as a Project Manager or equivalent education and experience.
• Required experience as a Project Manager in Commercial General Contracting.
• Experience managing projects and teams up to $50M is beneficial.
• Background in healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, multifamily, or entertainment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and delegation skills with a focus on customer relationship building.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
• Valid Driver's License required; travel is necessary for projects outside of Wichita.

Responsibilities

• Assist preconstruction teams with estimates and detailed project plans.
• Participate in developing and delivering project proposals.
• Champion the transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
• Drive scope comparisons, vendor selections, and manage contract administration.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks.
• Oversee construction to ensure compliance with contracts, codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct project reviews to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide status reports on project milestones, budget, deliverables, and risks.
