About the RoleInfosys McCamish is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex application development, production support, and testing engagements within the Life Insurance and Annuity domain. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and leading global delivery teams to ensure successful execution of business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of application development, production support, and testing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead project planning, estimation, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation, and change management activities.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and support proposal activities, including obtaining required internal and client approvals.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional onsite and offshore teams to successfully execute project objectives.
- Monitor project performance, provide status reporting, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, revenue Best Estimates (BE), and resource utilization.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for project delivery matters.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members while supporting performance management and organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and delivery best practices.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.At least 14 years of experience in the job responsibilities described above. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Life Insurance and/or Annuity projects.Knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity terminology.Experience delivering projects utilizing onsite and offshore teams.PMP and/or LOMA certifications.
