Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in highly complex Healthcare construction projects
• Self-perform experience strongly desired
• Geographic mobility required, including relocation and travel
• Advanced knowledge of construction principles/practices
• Experience managing subcontracts and subcontractors
• Proven ability to lead project teams and develop employee relationships

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Director and Estimating to create the Project Chart of Accounts
• Produce detailed Project Contract status reports
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent on site logistics plans
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of McCarthy/Owner contracts
• Oversee the project's pay request process
• Monitor project costs and Job Cost Reports
• Forecast and analyze quarterly Total Cost Projection reports
• Implement staff training and skill development
• Review and approve material and equipment needs
• Assist in project bidding with Estimating team
• Enforce Safety, EEO, and Affirmative Action programs
• Lead the project quality process
• Manage development and scheduling of project close-out processes
• Cultivate strong vendor, subcontractor, and owner relationships
• Implement comprehensive Safety Programs and EEO/Affirmative Action initiatives
