Job Description:The Patient Support Services team at Snow creates and promotes patient support programs.

OverviewAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll spearhead high-profile client deliverables, overseeing timing, quality, and budget from conception to completion. You will navigate creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, partnering with various agency departments to advise on feasibility, resource allocation, and priorities, and proactively mitigating bottlenecks to ensure seamless execution and exceptional results.
Responsibilities- Independently manage multichannel projects from concept to deployment, providing direction and vision for assigned brand verticals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with agency departments, vendors and clients to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee project planning, execution and quality control, conducting impact analyses and developing scopes of work.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting process optimization.
- Maintain organized files, ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, and participates in financial management and new business development.
Experience Required- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations or related field.
- Certifications like PMP, CSM or equivalent (a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Workfront) and basic financial management tools (e.g., SAP).
- Multichannel production knowledge across print, video and digital platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Financial aptitude and experience in campaign launch processes.
$80,000 - $110,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
