Job Description:
MRM Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, who strives to excel professionally in the field of Project Management.

Our ideal candidate will contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment to build and enhance working relationships with clients, external partners and within the agency. This role requires the candidate to have a strong ability to work independently while identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems. This role also requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to communicate confidently and efficiently with managers and team members across all areas of the agency.

Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the successful development and implementation of multiple, complex solutions
- Effectively plan, problem solve and deliver quality with little supervision
- Manage multiple large-scale projects (launches, programs) simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings
- Create and manage project scope documents and schedules/project plans
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams including creative, technology, QA, User Experience/Information Architecture, production, performance/analytics
- Interact and collaborate knowledgably with clients and partners
- Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing
- Coordinate asset deliveries with partners and perform asset quality reviews
- Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration
- Function as a client liaison
- May mentor APMs and PMs

Education and Experience:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including those with clients
- Ability to consistently demonstrate key leadership skills in leading the immediate and broader team and an immediate report to meet project and agency goals
- Ability to work expertly under pressure and very comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments
- Ability to shift readily between the "big picture" and the small but crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each
- Ability to work effectively with clients, partners and vendors to deliver an overall solution
- Understanding and providing input for the project requirements and ensuring alignment of the solutions
- Ability to expertly lead and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams

- 5-8 years' experience in project management or service management within a professional services company

- Strong skill level with MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
- Strong skill level with MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) preferred
- Strong skill level with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Content Management Systems, online routing, etc.) preferred
- Strong knowledge of the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting) preferred
- Strong experience with digital campaigns, including site, digital experiences, email and OLA projects preferred
- Experience with Print, Photo, and/or Video Production a plus (may be required for specific roles.)
- Strong experience with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall
- Excellent project management skills and experience including:
- Schedule development, management, monitoring and oversight
- Resource management and forecasting
- Task and delivery management
- Risk identification and management
- Issue identification and management
- Estimate development, tracking and forecasting project fees and costs without supervision
- Contributing to Project Scope of Work documents and audit to identify risks
- Reconciling project fees and costs for client review
- Delegation to support teams

This role is based in New York City. The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.$95,000-$115,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
