Inline Drywall Illinois, Inc. is a union commercial drywall and carpentry contractor operating in the Chicago metropolitan area, self-performing metal stud framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, rough and finish carpentry on ground-up and interior build-out commercial projects. The Senior Project Manager / Estimator is a senior hybrid role combining lead-level responsibility for preconstruction pricing and full ownership of complex projects through execution and closeout, providing flexibility across the Company's preconstruction and operations functions.

What Will You do?
- Lead estimating and preconstruction efforts, including takeoffs, pricing strategy, and GMP/value engineering, on assigned pursuits
- Apply current CRCC wage, fringe benefit, and jurisdictional standards to all labor pricing
- Assume full project management responsibility for awarded work, including budget, schedule, and manpower planning
- Coordinate dispatch of union labor through the CRCC hiring hall and direct Foremen on assigned projects
- Manage project financials, cost forecasting, change orders, and owner/GC billing
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor/subcontractor agreements
- Mentor junior Estimators and Project Managers as needed
- Serve as a key point of contact for general contractor and client relationships on assigned work
- Ensure jobsite compliance with the Company's safety program and applicable union agreements
What You Bring
- 8+ years of combined senior-level estimating and project management experience in commercial construction
- Deep working knowledge of union labor agreements; CRCC experience required
- Advanced proficiency with Bluebeam, QuickBid, On-Screen Takeoff, MS Project/Procore, and cost reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead both preconstruction pursuits and complex project execution
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-relationship skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
Salary Range:
$150,000 - $180,000
