Job DescriptionRWE Design Build is a rapidly growing design-build general contractor seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Do- Lead large-scale and complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and execution activities.
- Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating reviews, constructability analysis, value engineering, and risk assessment.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, invoices, and overall financial performance.
- Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders and company leadership.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and support Project Managers and project teams, helping drive consistency and best practices across projects.
- Deliver projects that exceed client expectations while supporting the continued growth of the organization.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- 8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, healthcare construction, design-build, or general contracting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex, and high-value construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
