Full Job Description
ColonialWebb is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships from start to finish. This role plays a key part in developing team members while driving safety, quality, and overall project success.

A day in the life:
  • Study/develop schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job
  • Work with Supply Chain Manager to procure materials, equipment and subcontracts
  • Review/author RFIs and review responses to determine scope of impact
  • Provide information project team to promote design, fabrication and ensure project execution
  • Interpret project specifications and make decisions relating to equipment, materials and subcontractors
  • Assist project Superintendents with daily operations and supervise Assistant Project Managers/Project Managers/Project Engineers
  • Ensure that regular and timely project meetings are occurring as needed for successful job completion
  • Responsible for owning project forecasts for revenue, cost-to-complete and expected gross profit
  • Assume primary responsibility for redemption of equipment, material, and subcontractor estimates; assume secondary responsibility for labor and other costs


You should have:
  • A minimum of five years of commercial/industrial project management experience
  • Experience of hands-on management of projects with a scope of work exceeding $10m
  • Ability to manage continuous flow of material and labor for large projects lasting a year or more
  • Mechanical and/or plumbing trade knowledge
  • OSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
  • Ability to read and understand project related documents in the English language
  • Ability to use current technology (i.e., laptop computer, tablet, smartphone, Microsoft Teams)
  • Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with internal and external customers
  • Ability to demonstrate foresight and problem-solving skills to make decisions based on information at hand
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment
  • Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner
