Full Job Description
Firm that specializes in assisting federal agencies to manage design and construction of their projects is seeking a Senior Project Manager. Candidates must have experience managing federal and/or commercial office projects.

Specific experience should include:
  • Developing and monitoring project budgets and schedules;
  • Working with end users to plan facility utilization including necessary design and construction of the facility build-out;
  • Managing design phase activities including design review, processing of RFIs and other submittals, and administering design agreements;
  • Managing construction phase activities including contract administration, construction monitoring, change order management, and project closeout; and
  • Managing occupancy phase for office projects.

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate one or more of the following:
  • In-depth experience developing and managing project schedules;
  • Experience with office leasing processes; and
  • Experience managing one or more projects with a value of at least $25 million.
