Senior Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on construction experience.
• Proficient in Assistant Project Manager tasks.
• Experience in managing diverse construction aspects (architectural, civil, structural, MEP).
• Familiarity with Prolog and similar PM software.
• Understanding of financial accounting systems related to construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project business plans.
• Generate job-specific safety plans in collaboration with field management.
• Act as the primary liaison with the Engineer and Architect.
• Collaborate with teams to implement contract deliverables and quality requirements.
• Create detailed staging, logistics, and phasing plans for projects.
• Lead subcontractor coordination efforts.
• Oversee project setups in E1 and Prolog, including all aspects of startup.
