OverviewIn response to growing demands in the aviation sector, we are seeking a
Senior Project Manager - Airport Infrastructure to provide leadership, direction, and technical guidance to ensure that high quality services and project deliverables are provided to clients, and that operating performance targets are met. The
Senior Project Manager -
Airport Infrastructure will also mentor junior project managers.
This position is based in our
Vancouver, British Columbia or
Calgary, Alberta offices.

Your role:- Manage complex projects within broad technical specialties, providing leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Contribute to staffing decisions, performance reviews, and career development for assigned staff and colleagues, as required.
- Ensure project quality, financial performance, and compliance with schedules and budgets.
- Work with market and practice leaders in the pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Manage contracts, negotiate budgets, and ensure project profitability.
- Represent AtkinsRéalis to clients, regulatory agencies, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties involved with projects.
About you:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (graduate degree preferred).
- 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role involving infrastructure projects and programs.
- Strong leadership, technical, financial management, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional registration with an appropriate body recognized in Canada (e.g., P. Eng., P.E., PMP, or CCM).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed.
- Experience with airport and transportation infrastructure.

Additional informationExpected compensation for this role is between $124,300 - $170,900 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
