Senior Project Engineer, Land Development, you will combine technical excellence, project leadership, and client collaboration to deliver innovative solutions from concept through construction. Your Impact- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams to achieve quality, schedule, safety, and financial objectives.
- Develop innovative engineering solutions that support sustainable community growth.
- Build and strengthen trusted relationships with clients, municipalities, regulators, and project stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, helping grow future industry leaders.
- Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, risk management, and resource planning.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions that maximize project value and client outcomes.
- Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives within the land development sector.
The Skills That Set You Apart- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in good standing or eligibility for registration in the applicable province.
- Extensive experience delivering land development, site servicing, and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Proven success managing projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of municipal design standards, approvals processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong technical proficiency with civil engineering design tools and project delivery methodologies.
- Commitment to safety excellence, quality delivery, and continuous improvement.
CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 - $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
