Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university with 7 years of project engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge in a primary engineering discipline and basic knowledge in others.
• Strong facilitation, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of effective communication, both written and oral.
• Detail-oriented with proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to develop and manage work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Leadership experience with diverse project teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall engineering design efforts for Design-only and EPC projects.
• Prepare and manage final engineering man-hour budgets.
• Implement the Quality Program for engineering designs.
• Conduct independent quality and completeness reviews of engineering deliverables.
• Direct field engineering services and manage engineering design schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Manage client change orders and subcontractor preparation and bidding processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and standards.
