Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field; experience can substitute for degree.
• Minimum of five years in project engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and design engineering best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project.
• PMP Certification or familiarity with PMBOK preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive with management communication.
• Experience in Integrated Project Teams and valve design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with complex customer interactions, both internal and external.
• Create and manage New Product Development project schedules using Gantt charts.
• Plan resources and milestones effectively for project execution.
• Support budget tracking and forecasting in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Coordinate and process Engineering Change Requests/Notices (ECR/ECN).
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with effective risk management practices.
• Serve as the principal contact for design engineering in cross-functional meetings.
