PMA is currently seeking a Senior Project Controls Scheduler for an exclusive assignment on-site at our client's facility in the greater Indianapolis area. In this role, you will lead all aspects of scheduling and schedule control for a large construction project. The project schedule will be highly detailed and will likely be cost- and resource-loaded.
This is an on-site position. We are seeking candidates who are local to the Indianapolis, Indiana area.
Responsibilities- Lead the development, maintenance, and status updates of project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Track progress against baseline schedules,identifycritical paths, and analyze variances, delays, and impacts.
- Conduct what-if analysis, time impact studies, and recovery plan evaluations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to gather schedule data and status updates.
- Perform routine site walks to validateproject progress and ensure scheduleaccuracy.
- Develop and present schedule status reports and dashboards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
- Minimum 7 years of related scheduling experience with Oracle PrimaveraP6.
- Experienceon large construction projects isstrongly preferred.
- PMP or PSP certifications a plus.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered in lieu of stated minimum qualifications.
$102,409 - $170,000 a year
The salary range for this position is $102,409 to $170,000.
A hired employee will be placed within this salary range based on a variety of legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to the individual's scope of relevant experience and geographic location.
Additional RequirementsPhysical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
