Position OverviewThe Senior Project Controls / PMIS Specialist will support project controls reporting and the administration of PMIS tools for the project. This role will help integrate cost, schedule, and performance information to support project decision-making and reporting.
District OverviewEastern Canada District's projects include highways, bridges, mass transit, mine site development & open pit operations, hydroelectric powerhouses, wind-power plants, dams & industrial. We serve the construction and mining industries and operate in Eastern Canada.
LocationThis position is be based in Oakville, ON, Canada.
Responsibilities- Administer and optimize the project PMIS platform.
- Develop and maintain project performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Support cost control, forecasting, earned value, and schedule integration.
- Maintain data integrity across project controls systems.
- Develop reporting standards and automate reporting processes where appropriate.
- Provide PMIS support and training to project teams.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of project controls and PMIS experience.
- Experience with Primavera P6, EcoSys, Unifier, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of cost control, forecasting, earned value, schedule integration, and project performance reporting.
- Ability to maintain data integrity, develop reporting standards, and support process improvement across project controls systems.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. #LI-DG

Base Compensation: $130,766/yr - $145,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
