About the RoleWITHIN is looking for a hands-on Senior Programmatic Strategist to support a specific client's programmatic and digital commerce work. Reporting to the Programmatic Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day execution in The Trade Desk and other demand-side platforms (DSPs), monitor performance, and turn campaign data into clear actions. We want someone who can contribute immediately with existing platform experience.
Responsibilities- Build, launch, manage, and optimize the client's programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and other DSPs.
- Translate campaign goals into audience, inventory, budget, bidding, and measurement decisions in partnership with the Programmatic Manager.
- Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance; investigate issues and make timely optimizations.
- Own assigned work for the client and coordinate related execution with the team.
- Apply quality checks to campaign setup, tracking, and reporting before and after launch.
- Analyze results, develop tests, and communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and the client team.
- Work closely with the Programmatic Manager and cross-functional partners to keep client work on schedule and aligned with objectives.
Qualifications- 3 years of direct, hands-on experience running programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and at least one other DSP.
- Ability to independently set up, troubleshoot, optimize, and report on live campaigns with limited platform training.
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying, campaign pacing, audience targeting, bidding, and performance measurement.
- Experience managing details and priorities for a client account in a fast-moving team environment.
- Clear communication skills and sound judgment when explaining performance and recommended next steps.

- Level 1 - $95,000-$100,000
- Entry Level - Meets qualifications on a minimum basis
Level 2 - $100,000-$120,000
- Junior Level - Exceeds qualifications on a moderate basis
Level 3 - $120,000-$130,000
- Middle Level - Exceeds qualifications on a strong basis
Level 4 - $130,000-$140,000
- Advanced Level - Exceeds qualifications on an extensive or advanced basis
