Job Type:Regular
What you’ll be responsible for each day:
Do you want to play a key role in the success of large-scale industrial capital programs valued at $1 billion or more? We are looking for a planning and scheduling expert to take hands-on ownership of the development, integration, monitoring, and reporting of schedules for major EPC, EPCM, and owner-managed programs.
You will be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle, from concept development, feasibility studies, FEL, and FEED through detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and handover to operations. As a true partner to leadership, you will turn complex project controls data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making.

- Facilitate multidisciplinary planning workshops with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance teams.
- Establish baseline schedules based on industry standards and historical program performance.
Integrated Program Planning
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multi-project capital programs.
- Integrate contractor, EPC firm, and workstream schedules into a single program-level view.
- Coordinate the sequencing of engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, operational readiness, and start-up.
- Manage interfaces and dependencies across projects and contractors and support investment planning and portfolio prioritization.
Resources, Progress, and Earned Value
- Develop resource-loaded schedules, workforce forecasts, histograms, workforce curves, and capacity models.
- Identify constraints and peak periods, analyze productivity, and recommend resource optimization and leveling strategies.
