The Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Systems enables the modernization of IREN's global supply chain systems and tools portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Systems and AI Enablement, this individual will program manage the implementation of foundational platforms to support the supply chain organization, including ERP, PLM, and Procure to Pay. This role will work cross-functionally with Technical Sourcing, Planning, Hardware Procurement Supply Chain Business Operations, Quality Engineering, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and IT to gather requirements, select and implement tools, address pain points, and facilitate process documentation to enable the business to scale.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive supply chain and program management role, ideally at a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company.
  • Hands-on program management experience working on broad scale systems implementation, transformation, and integration across complex, multi-site international programs.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, tools, stakeholder interactions, and processes and experience working with ERP/MRP, CLM, PLM, QMS tools
  • Hands-on experience developing and implementing supply chain business processes and enterprise systems capabilities that support data center-centric products and business models, including OFCI, compute (CPU/GPU), storage, networking, and CM/ODM/JDM manufacturing.
  • Experience selecting and managing systems implementation partners and software vendors, including scope definition, statements of work, and delivery accountability for cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Experience implementing SAP S/4 Hana, Oracle Cloud Fusion, or equivalent supply chain applications.
  • Strong change management skills, with a track record of influencing and aligning senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, and driving adoption of new capabilities.

Other important requirements
  • Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to the assigned office location on scheduled in-office days under the hybrid work arrangement.
  • This role requires willingness to travel domestically and internationally to supplier and vendor sites, data centers, implementation partner locations, and industry events. IREN does not yet have an office in the Bay Area (a Santa Clara office is planned); until it opens, this role will work remotely, transitioning to hybrid on-site work once the office is established.


Job responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional implementations of tools from requirements, vendor evaluation and selection, statement-of-work negotiation, integration and data migration, testing, cutover, stabilization, and post go-live technical support infrastructure.
  • Manage program scope, schedule and budget, and influence cross-functional team.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into systems capabilities, configurations, and solution designs.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering from stakeholders and develop user stories.
  • Coordinate test script and test plan development for SIT and UAT (including negative test scenarios).
  • Manage test pass/fail status, rank/prioritize bug resolution, and coordinate bug validation activities.
  • Own adoption and sustainment of tools, including defining metrics for success.
  • Document to-be business processes and coordinate user training.
  • Effectively and regularly communicate program status across stakeholders and executive leadership.

Compensation
  • The expected base salary for this role USD $150,000 - 200,000/annum.
    • Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region.
  • Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, equity (long-term incentive).
