Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple federal contracts supporting a diverse portfolio of government customers. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with extensive experience managing federal programs, ensuring contract compliance, driving operational performance, and building strong customer relationships.

This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a thorough understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), government contract management, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution and overall management of multiple federal government contracts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers and contracting officers.
  • Ensure contractual compliance with FAR, agency regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage program budgets, schedules, staffing, risk, and overall performance.
  • Develop and implement program management strategies that improve efficiency and mission outcomes.
  • Monitor contract performance metrics and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, technical staff, subcontractors, and corporate support personnel.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal reviews, transition planning, and capture activities.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and program status updates for internal leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Foster strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth within existing contracts.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive program management experience supporting U.S. Federal Government contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple federal contracts simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes.
  • Experience managing contract performance, compliance, staffing, and financial oversight.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Active U.S. Government Security Clearance.
  • Experience supporting multiple federal civilian agencies and/or Department of Defense customers.
  • Experience with contract transitions, capture support, and business development.
  • Master's degree in a related discipline.
