Responsibilities
Analyze, coordinate and oversee the full portfolio of partnerships and strategic programs, driving execution, tracking performance against OKRs/timelines, and delivering leadership-level reporting and insights. Identify project/program needs by leading research, strategy, and opportunity assessments for new and emerging growth areas including CTV, Radio/Podcast, DOOH, and/or Experiential, shaping the team's long-term timeline, roadmap and investment priorities. Define team workflows, tools, and operating models to improve efficiency, streamline cross-functional collaboration, and support scalable program delivery. Plan, schedule and lead the implementation of cross-functional G2M planning post-deal signature, aligning marketing, music, product, sales, and engineering teams to bring new programs and partnerships to market. Monitor project/program milestones and deliverables. Develop and manage workback schedules (WBS) and operational frameworks to ensure on-time, cross-functional execution and high-impact launches across the media ecosystem. Mentor junior level team members.
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and executing multi-stage Go-To-Market and product testing strategies, including A/B testing to validate product-market fit; Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to support data-driven decision making for product roadmap and strategy; Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies; Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and/or status documents; Using Excel, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Looker, SQL, Python, or R to derive data relationships, insights and monitor KPIs; and Experience operating across media and advertising technology ecosystems, including Digital Out of Home (DOOH), TV, and OEM environments, supporting product strategy, technical integration, and/or measurement. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $155854 - $208800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
