Title:
Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary:

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst. This position supports the PMA-265 F/A-18 Radar & Strike EW Integrated Product Teams (IPT) at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) in Patuxent River, MD. This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • The selected candidate will support the Radar & EWIPT Leads in the execution of their duties and record the priorities and upcoming team events.
  • Track and analyze program budgets, funding and cost performance.
  • Assist in monitoring contract requirements, including CDRLs and SOW compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain program status reports, briefs and dashboards.
  • Support development of projects, schedules, and resource forecasts.
  • The selected candidate will participate in meetings and would be instrumental in pulling together the data to answer daily/weekly drills of the IPTs.
  • This position involves daily interface and coordination with all levels of the IPTs, including government, contractor, and field activity personnel associated with the program office.
  • Tasking will include a wide range of program coordination efforts.
  • The successful candidate must exhibit well-developed verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; analytical skills; attention to detail; organizational skills.
  • Must possess the ability to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes.
  • Must have the ability to balance priorities in order to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment.


Basic Qualifications:
  • MS or MA Degree in a Business-related field is required. Experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Three (3) to (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree; OR, Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree; OR, Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
  • Active Secret security clearance

Work Location: Onsite
Compensation: $105,160.00 - $157,630.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
