Your Impact - Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical and infrastructure projects.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and client expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop high-quality technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developing professionals, supporting growth and knowledge sharing.
- Champion health, safety, quality, and environmental excellence across all project activities.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, operational improvement, and business growth.
- Contribute to the successful execution of strategic initiatives that advance communities and support sustainable development.
The Skills That Set You Apart - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo., or equivalent), or eligibility to obtain registration.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex substation projects and design teams, including budgeting, scheduling, design, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong technical substation expertise and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience preparing technical reports, proposals, and client-facing deliverables.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and project teams.
- Strong health and safety mindset with experience supporting safe project execution.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as project requirements dictate.
Compensation Grade 8 | Tier 3 AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $135,200 - $179,100 MB & ON: $123,300 - $169,800 NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $122,100 - $162,200 Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
