Full Job Description
Responsibilities
Works directly with Energy & Industrial Sales Executives and Sales Managers to develop pipeline and close AI & Cyber related projects.
Plans regional Go to Market strategy and Shares sales quota on an annual basis with sales team to insure 100% or greater achievement of order income
Develops and maintains a highly technical knowledge of AI/Cyber regulatory framework and evolving standards by interfacing with key segment engineers
Works with Product Mgmt to refine and develop new Service proposals that align with client needs and market developments.
Develops and presents thought leadership, proposals & solutions at Tradeshows or large client events to generate interest.
Identifies and resolves wide range of issues with little or no supervision.
Trains, Coaches and mentors generalist staff on effective direct sales skills and sales processes related to AI & Cyber.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
Performs other duties as directed.

What We Offer
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated annual compensation for this position is $201,500. - 232,500. which includes a base salary of $130,000 - $150,000 and 100% on-target performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 55% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Compensation is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
