Full Job Description
In partnership with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Content, Pricing & Packaging, and other go-to-market stakeholders, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will help shape how Restaurant365 brings products and capabilities to market and drives adoption across the customer lifecycle.

This role is responsible for translating customer, market, and competitive insight into clear positioning, messaging, go-to-market recommendations, and enablement priorities. The person in this role will serve as a strategic partner to Product and GTM teams, ensuring that product value is clearly articulated, consistently communicated, and effectively supported across launches, campaigns, and customer-facing experiences.

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B SaaS product marketer who is equally strong in insight generation, strategic messaging, and cross-functional execution. They are comfortable operating across multiple product areas and are already building and using AI and agents to improve product marketing process and efficiency.

How you'll add value:

  • Maintain ongoing research into customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning. Turn insights into clear recommendations that inform roadmap, messaging, packaging, and go-to-market planning.

  • Conduct win/loss analysis and participate in customer interviews on a regular cadence. Use segmentation and persona data to refine targeting and messaging for existing customer bases.

  • Own ongoing positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across the customer journey, including website experiences, sales collateral, campaigns, event presentations and demos, and customer-facing content. Simplify complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with internal teams and external audiences.

  • Partner with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product direction into clear launch, adoption, and commercialization strategies.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to provide the foundational inputs needed to build and maintain battlecards, FAQs, demo scripts, and training materials that equip Sales and Customer Success to sell and support the product effectively. Partner with Sales leadership to gather feedback and close enablement gaps.

  • Partner with Demand Generation, Content, PR, and Customer Marketing teams to develop customer-facing content such as case studies, one-pagers, webinars, and supporting assets that contribute to pipeline and retention goals.

  • Work closely with other PMMs, Sales, Customer Success/Support/Services, and Pricing & Packaging to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, launch readiness, and go-to-market execution.

  • Contribute product marketing leadership to launches by ensuring the right messaging, customer value propositions, audience considerations, and readiness inputs are in place.

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of positioning, launches, and enablement efforts using adoption, win rate, and campaign metrics to guide iteration and improve results over time.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within B2B SaaS organizations.

  • 3-6 months+ of creating AI workflows and agents to evolve product marketing processes and efficiency. You understand when to use AI versus when strategic human thought is required.

  • Proven track record of turning customer, market, and competitive insights into effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market recommendations.

  • Experience with customer surveys, segmentation work, and win/loss analysis to inform product marketing strategy.

  • Strong experience developing and evolving positioning and messaging for complex or multi-product solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

  • Experience partnering on enablement materials and go-to-market content that support revenue and adoption goals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities on your own and move effectively between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where products, priorities, and market conditions evolve quickly. You can operate without a playbook while you're working to build it.

  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter, if required
