The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth to lead how Linktree's monetization strategy is defined, understood, and brought to market. This is a highly strategic role with broad organizational influence, responsible for shaping the long-term positioning, pricing narrative, and go-to-market strategy for Linktree's paid products and broader revenue ecosystem.

You'll operate as a key strategic partner to Product, Growth, Data, Design, Finance, and Executive Leadership, helping shape monetization strategy from its earliest stages through launch and optimization. You'll bring a strong customer and market perspective to decisions around where Linktree invests, how we package and price our products, and how we communicate the value of paid experiences to our users.

You'll connect customer insight, product strategy, and commercial opportunity to help identify where we can create and capture greater value over time.

As one of the most senior individual contributors within Product Marketing, you'll have significant influence on product and company strategy, serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, mentor other product marketers, and raise the bar for how we communicate value across every customer touchpoint.

Lead customer segmentation, willingness-to-pay research, competitive analysis, and value-based positioning to inform major monetization decisions.

Establish repeatable frameworks for evaluating pricing changes, packaging opportunities, and emerging revenue products.

Help leadership navigate complex monetization tradeoffs by connecting customer needs, market dynamics, product strategy, and commercial impact.

Lead monetization go-to-market strategy

Partner across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth, Brand, Paid, Creative, Data, and Finance to translate strategy into cohesive customer experiences.

Lead executive-level launch readiness for high-priority monetization initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned around the customer, narrative, commercial opportunity, and measures of success.

Partner deeply with Product and Design to shape how monetization experiences are designed and introduced within the product.

Define principles and messaging frameworks that guide upgrade journeys, pricing surfaces, onboarding, experimentation, feature gating, and conversio
