Senior Product Marketing Manager - Service Marketing

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving market adoption, commercialization, and growth of Applied Global Services (AGS) Service offerings. The role combines deep semiconductor process and equipment knowledge with strong business, marketing, and customer engagement skills to accelerate customer adoption of service-led solutions.

This individual will serve as the bridge between customers, Product Management, Service Business Units, Engineering, Sales, and Field Organizations to identify customer challenges, develop service value propositions, and drive penetration of AGS Managed Services across the installed base.

The ideal candidate possesses strong semiconductor manufacturing expertise, understands customer fab operations and maintenance strategies, and can engage credibly with engineers, manufacturing leaders, and executives while influencing service product adoption and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption, penetration, and growth of AGS Service offerings across strategic customer accounts and market segments.
  • Develop customer-centric value propositions that demonstrate how AGS services improve equipment performance, uptime, productivity, reliability, maintenance effectiveness, cost of ownership, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with customers and field organizations to understand fab operational challenges, maintenance strategies, process performance issues, and service opportunities.
  • Leverage semiconductor process, equipment, and manufacturing expertise to engage credibly with customer engineering, operations, maintenance, and management teams.
  • Define commercialization strategies, market requirements, and customer engagement plans that accelerate adoption of managed services, service agreements, and lifecycle offerings.
  • Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC), market assessments, and installed-base opportunity reviews to identify growth opportunities and expansion strategies.
  • Develop business cases, ROI/TCO analyses, executive presentations, and customer value assessments that support service adoption and investment decisions.
  • Partner with Product Management, Service Business Units, Engineering, Pricing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Field Organizations to align service offerings with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Create customer-facing presentations, sales enablement tools, case studies, and value-selling content that support field execution and customer engagement.
  • Support executive customer reviews, strategic account planning, and service growth initiatives through strong technical credibility and business storytelling.
  • Influence service portfolio strategy, roadmap priorities, and growth initiatives through market intelligence, customer insights, and semiconductor manufacturing expertise.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, equipment engineering, technical marketing, product management, service business, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of wafer fab operations, semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment lifecycle management, and customer production environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor process technologies such as Etch, Deposition or related areas.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence process engineers, equipment engineers, maintenance organizations, fab operations leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience developing customer value propositions, business cases, ROI/TCO analyses, and commercialization strategies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes in a global matrix organization.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with semiconductor equipment lifecycle services, managed services, service agreements, preventive maintenance programs, or aftermarket service business models.
  • Strong knowledge of Etch, Deposition, or adjacent semiconductor process technologies.
  • Understanding preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Experience supporting strategic semiconductor accounts, executive customer engagements, and global customer programs.
  • Experience developing service adoption strategies, customer success programs, or installed-base growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with recurring revenue models, lifecycle agreements, predictive maintenance, or managed service offerings.
  • MBA, master's degree in engineering, or equivalent combination of technical and business experience.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
