Responsibilities - Lead the development of core capabilities for an overseas POI (Points of Interest) data production platform, covering the end-to-end lifecycle of POI data, including data collection, processing, enrichment, and quality evaluation. - Own the platform's production efficiency and the quality of POI data, providing reliable location intelligence to support the expansion of international offline business scenarios. - Translate business needs across different growth stages and use cases into clear project objectives and executable roadmaps. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality data outcomes while leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to drive continuous product innovation and iteration. - Drive improvements in user experience and business impact by collaborating with engineering teams to define key performance metrics, optimize data strategies and machine learning models, improve data quality and algorithm performance, and coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline. - Strong analytical skills and high data sensitivity, with the ability to identify issues through data analysis and develop effective, data-driven solutions. - Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and translate the needs of different users or customers into product and capability requirements. - Fast learner with strong self-motivation, excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, and the ability to think strategically from an end-to-end project ownership perspective. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with data production platforms, CRM platforms, B2B tools, AI-powered products, data strategy, or related domains is preferred. Job Information [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $228000 - $396000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
