Responsibilities
Define and execute end-to-end consumer technology product development strategies aimed at balancing user satisfaction, content quality, and platform integrity. Analyze technologies and use cases to derive technical insights and develop comprehensive product development roadmaps. Collect business requirements, define project scope and key milestones, and write functional and technical specifications to build and enhance content-side and creation-focused products. Conduct quantitative and statistical analyses and present insights to stakeholders to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on objectives and timelines throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor feature performance, evaluate operational effectiveness, detect and mitigate risks, and identify areas for product improvements. Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Product Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Performing end-to-end product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams in product conceptualization, design, development, and deployment; Performing market and competitor research to determine customer needs and pain points to identify gaps and market opportunities to build new products; Designing and executing multi-stage Go-To-Market and product testing strategies, including A/B testing to validate product-market fit; Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; and Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600 - $295200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
