Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process, including requirements definition, implementation, and evaluation. Identify product issues and improvement opportunities by gathering and analyzing feedback from internal stakeholders and end users. Support the planning and maintenance of product roadmaps by working closely with engineering and other technical teams. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements and document specifications to support product development. Analyze technical systems, technologies, and use cases to provide data-driven insights that inform product decisions. Participate in the design, execution, and analysis of proof-of-concept experiments to evaluate product features and user experience improvements. Assist in developing and maintaining processes, tools, and reports for data collection and analysis to monitor product performance. Prepare and deliver project updates and documentation to stakeholders regarding timelines, risks, and implementation status. Mentor junior level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in the following: Analyzing product or system performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; Conducting basic user or market research activities, including collecting feedback and analyzing survey or usage data; Designing and analyzing A/B tests or controlled experiments to evaluate product or feature performance; Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and analytics teams, to support product development and enhancements; and Assisting in defining and tracking product performance metrics and preparing reports or documentation. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
