Job Summary
Product Manager, Digital Solutions

In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, infrastructure specialists, and business stakeholders to bring cutting-edge digital products from concept to launch-and continuously evolve them to meet user and business needs.

What You'll Do
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and technology solutions.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to shape product direction.
• Partner with stakeholders and end users to uncover high-value opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design through launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, infrastructure teams, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Prioritize product investments and release plans based on user value, business impact, and strategic goals.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
• Support and champion quality management practices throughout the product lifecycle.
