• Evaluates client, market, and financial data to identify trends and problems, and recommends strategies for resolution.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to consolidate related efforts and to layer capabilities across products and services in ways that deepen the value delivered to clients.
• Defines and tracks success metrics, using quantitative and qualitative input to guide ongoing iteration and continuous improvement.
• Recommends and helps implement process improvements that strengthen product management practices across the team.

• Ability to quickly learn and grow expertise in Envestnet's product suite over time, applying it to address client pain points and improve market competitiveness
• Comfortable managing multiple, shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working closely with data or engineering teams on data-driven or platform products
• Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and presentation-with the ability to articulate strategy and value to executive, technical, and client audiences
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution discipline
• Comfortable testing and incorporating new technology and AI tools, applying them to improve data, integration, and product workflows
• Willingness to travel to engage with clients and internal stakeholders as needed

Nice-to-Haves
