"In 36 months, agentic AI systems will be an operating reality across major institutions. We intend to be central to it." - Dr. Jim Rebesco, Cofounder and CEO, StriveworksThe government's demand for AI is growing far faster than the systems required to support it. Fewer than 15% of federal AI programs have reached sustained production, despite billions of dollars invested. The models perform in testing, but they degrade in the real world. And when performance drops, trust goes with it.
Striveworks was built to solve that problem.
What you'll buildSince 2018, we have delivered the most trusted AI systems operating in real-world use cases-providing a layer of assurance underneath hundreds of deployed models that monitors performance, manages drift, and sustains systems long after they leave the lab.
As a Senior Product Manager-Edge AI Management at Striveworks, you will work closely with our software engineering, data science, and sales teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our edge AI management capabilities. You will help shape how models, data, and configuration are deployed, managed, and orchestrated across distributed edge environments while ensuring that our platform meets the evolving needs of our customers. We are looking for Product Managers who enjoy building highly complex software products and operationalizing cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver enterprise value.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Defining, prioritizing, and scheduling requirements: Work directly with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to write crisp, well-structured requirements and maintain a clear product roadmap. Proactively identify and communicate risks to satisfying requirements.
- Clearing the pathway for successful execution: Participate in standups and planning and design sessions to ensure that engineering teams understand priorities and deadlines. Resolve issues that hinder developer progress. Take ownership for the execution team delivering on time.
- Validating and testing deliverables: Perform product acceptance testing to confirm that features meet requirements and customer expectations.
- Managing documentation and communication: Own the drafting and maintenance of technical documentation, release notes, and internal/external communications on new features.
- Supporting go-to-market: Partner with marketing to position new capabilities, craft product collateral, and support launch efforts.
- Staying ahead of the curve: Track customer feedback, market trends, competitive capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform the product roadmap and strategic decisions.
What it's like hereWe lead with trust, treat each other with respect, and use candor consistently, kindly, and constructively. We care deeply about our work, and we find genuine satisfaction in doing it well. Above all, we take ownership-because we feel the weight of collective results personally. We are looking for people who share these values and are eager to put them into practice.

- Device-to-cloud or device-to-device communication, networking, and unreliable or intermittent connectivity
- Data synchronization, replication, reconciliation, and maintaining consistent state across distributed systems
- Real-time status, telemetry, health monitoring, observability, and alerting
- Remote deployment, configuration management, software and model updates, and life cycle management across distributed devices
- Latency, bandwidth, resource constraints, offline operation, and other challenges inherent to edge environments
- Orchestration of models, data, applications, and configuration across heterogeneous devices and environments
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams throughout discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and iteration
- Strong product judgment, including the ability to balance near-term customer needs with longer-term platform strategy and architectural considerations
- Experience defining and using product metrics, platform KPIs, customer feedback, and usage data to guide decisions
- The ability to communicate technical concepts and product tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences
