Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled partner experiences across digital self-service journeys. The role focuses on simplifying partner workflows, improving productivity, enabling scalable self-service capabilities, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The product manager will translate partner needs and business priorities into actionable requirements, collaborate with engineering and design teams on technical feasibility and implementation decisions, and manage phased rollouts informed by partner feedback. The role also requires coordinating cross-functional dependencies across partner programs, data, platform capabilities, AI governance, and operations while promoting partner trust, adoption, and effective change management.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled partner experiences across digital self-service journeys.
• Identify, define, and prioritize product capabilities that reduce friction in high-value partner workflows and improve partner productivity.
• Translate partner pain points, business priorities, and operational needs into clear product requirements in collaboration with partner-facing teams, design, engineering, and leadership.
• Partner with engineering teams to evaluate technical approaches, assess feasibility, and make build decisions that balance speed, quality, scalability, and user impact.
• Define experiences that accommodate different partner types, roles, permissions, and workflows while maintaining a consistent and intuitive user experience.
• Establish success metrics to measure partner adoption, task completion, workflow efficiency, self-service effectiveness, and overall partner outcomes.
• Define and manage phased rollout strategies that validate product value, build trust, and incorporate partner feedback before broader implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across partner programs, data, platform capabilities, AI governance, and operational teams.
• Promote partner trust and adoption through transparent AI behavior, reliable product experiences, effective enablement, and thoughtful change management.
• Guide the development of intelligent capabilities, including automation, recommendations, workflow optimization, conversational interfaces, and decision-support features.
Required Qualifications
• Nine or more years of product management experience, including work with platform, portal, marketplace, workflow, or self-service products.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled or intelligent product experiences in production, such as automation, recommendations, workflow optimization, conversational interfaces, or decision-support capabilities.
• Strong technical understanding of AI and automation approaches, API-based architectures, and scalable implementation options.
• Experience evaluating technical feasibility and making product decisions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to define product vision for ambiguous or greenfield initiatives and translate it into clear priorities, phased roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across engineering, design, partner operations, go-to-market teams, and business leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with channel, partner, or indirect selling processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, enterprise AI assistants, workflow automation platforms, or equivalent AI-enabled enterprise solutions at scale.
• Background in partner-facing or channel products, including partner portals, partner relationship management (PRM), deal registration, or partner self-service.
• Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC), multi-tenant data isolation, and content governance in enterprise platforms.
• Experience with intelligent user experience patterns, including proactive recommendations, contextual assistance, guided workflows, conversational experiences, or workflow automation.
• Understanding of partner ecosystems and the operating models of resellers, independent software vendors (ISVs), system integrators, and managed service providers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
