About the roleDesign With Empathy. Build With Insight. Shape the Future of Science. At BIORCE, we're designing the future of clinical trials - and that starts with understanding the humans behind the data.
As Senior Product Manager, you will own a product area at the heart of trial execution: connecting the clinical systems sponsors already run - data capture, randomization, and supply - into one intelligent, AI-native workspace. You'll take products from discovery through launch in an environment where reliability, data integrity, and regulatory trust are the bar.
One thing to know: we're building something ambitious, and this isn't a 9-to-5 job. We look for people who are energized by ownership and flexible when the mission demands it - and we offer that same flexibility back.
What You'll do- End-to-End Project Ownership: Serve as the primary Product Manager for your project - owning the full lifecycle from initial discovery and backlog grooming to final delivery and post-launch optimization.
- Strategic Roadmap Orchestration: Define and execute the roadmap for your project, ensuring its goals align with Biorce's overarching mission to streamline clinical trial operations.
- High-Level Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across multidisciplinary teams of Engineers, Data Scientists, and Clinical experts; manage dependencies with adjacent teams and allocate resources to hit critical milestones.
- Ecosystem & Integration Strategy: Prioritize which third-party clinical systems and vendors to connect first, and define how live trial data flows reliably and securely into the platform.
- Advanced Stakeholder Management: Act as the strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Research; synthesize complex technical updates into clear, actionable progress reports for executive leadership.
- User-Centric AI Innovation: Deep-dive into clinical trial workflows to identify how AI can solve "unsolvable" problems; transform qualitative feedback into robust, scalable product requirements.
- Outcome-Driven Analytics: Establish and be accountable for KPIs; use advanced data analysis to measure product health, ROI, and the real-world impact of our AI on trial efficiency.
- Navigate Ambiguity: Lead through change - proactively clear roadblocks for the team and make critical decisions under pressure.
What We're Looking for: - 5+ years in Product Management, a technical role, business analysis, or a strategic function
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making
- Experience shipping integration-heavy or data-platform products - APIs, system-to-system connectivity, or enterprise SaaS that must interoperate with an existing vendor landscape
- Comfort with high-reliability requirements: you understand what it means to own a product where downtime directly stops a customer's operations
- Familiarity with clinical data systems (EDC, RTSM/IxRS) or other regulated/validated enterprise systems is a strong plus
- Experience coordinating shared data schemas or contracts across teams, where uncoordinated changes break downstream consumers
- An outstanding academic record is required
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication
- Possess a curious, adaptable, and highly motivated mindset dedicated to learning how to build and scale great products
