Auth0 safeguards applications and user accounts to enable anyone to safely use any technology. The MFA team is responsible for the authentication factors - such as WebAuthn, Passkeys, and Passwordless/OTP - to provide the right level of secure access based on business needs.

This is a high-impact role that requires you to understand the technical aspects of authentication factors, customer use-cases and business challenges across multiple verticals, and how to simplify the experience for end-users who need to authenticate and the development teams that implement identity in their applications.
A fierce curiosity, developer empathy, and strong collaboration skills are your keys to success.

- Define and socialize a roadmap that articulates your product direction and strategy
- Build compelling business cases to support ongoing product delivery efforts
- Become the go-to subject matter expert for your product area
- Develop and test product hypotheses, working in a lean and iterative way
- Prototype and validate early - build lightweight demos, proof-of-concepts, and interactive mockups (including light coding where needed) to test hypotheses with customers before committing to full development cycles
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics for your product area
- Work with cross-functional partners in Product Marketing and field teams to enable successful feature launches and manage the product lifecycle
- Create assets to guide product development work (framing documents, story maps, opportunity canvases, stories for implementation)
- Contribute to the assessment and improvement of processes and practices that can be shared with other product teams
- Leverage AI tools throughout the product development cycle - use AI-assisted tools for research, writing, prototyping, and demo creation to move faster, reduce manual effort, and raise the quality bar at every stage

- Technical aptitude and fluency to communicate with engineering teams and customer developers

- 5+ years of experience as a product manager
- Champion for collaborative, iterative product discovery
- Love the work of identifying and deeply understanding customer problems
- Like to get your hands dirty and use the products you build
Preferred Qualifications:- Hands-on technical background: prior software engineering, developer advocacy, or solutions engineering experience
