The Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI & Workflow Transformation owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of agentic AI capabilities that transform end‑to‑end workflows across WCIB. This role is accountable for driving measurable business outcomes through scalable, governed AI agents, operating across Wealth, Corporate, and Institutional Banking.
This role requires strong product judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to balance innovation with regulatory discipline in a large financial institution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for agentic AI capabilities within WCIB
- Identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities where AI agents can orchestrate multi‑step workflows and decisioning
- Establish clear product outcomes and OKRs aligned to WCIB and enterprise AI strategy
End‑to‑End Product Lifecycle Leadership
- Lead product discovery, delivery, launch, and optimization for complex, cross‑LOB agentic use cases
- Translate complex business and operational needs into scalable, production‑ready product solutions
- Drive outcome‑based prioritization across features, capabilities, and technical investments
Agentic AI & Workflow Transformation
- Design agent‑enabled workflows with clear task boundaries, decision rights, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls
- Ensure agentic solutions are reusable, auditable, explainable, and production‑grade
- Advocate for platform‑oriented capabilities versus fragmented or one‑off solutions
Governance & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and the Enterprise AI CoE to ensure compliant delivery
- Ensure all use cases meet enterprise AI governance, model risk, data, and security requirements
- Serve as a point of escalation for product trade‑offs and delivery risks
Stakeholder & Adoption Leadership
- Act as the single accountable product owner for assigned agentic AI capabilities
- Influence WCIB leaders and frontline teams to drive adoption and sustained value realization
- Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership
Basic Qualifications
- Product Management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Product Management experience owning end‑to‑end delivery
- Demonstrated ability to lead products in complex, regulated environments
- Strong experience defining roadmaps, OKRs, and outcome‑based prioritization
- Excellent stakeholder, communication, and decision‑making skills
- Experience delivering AI‑enabled, automation‑first, or workflow transformation products
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts such as orchestration, task planning, and human‑in‑the‑loop design
- Financial services, operations, or enterprise platform experience
- Proven ability to scale products beyond pilot into sustained production use
Location Expectations:
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $126,820.00 - $149,200.00
