- Build accessibility products: Build and maintain automated accessibility tests, scan rules, CI integrations, and AI agent skills, and run spikes and prototypes before investing in a full implementation
- Own the toolchain: Roll out, configure, and integrate our commercial accessibility testing tools, so that product teams can adopt them with little effort
- Measure adoption and outcomes: Track measures such as the share of product teams with accessibility checks in their pipelines and the time to close critical findings, and bring the results into roadmap decisions
- Enable product teams: Bring accessibility checks into teams’ editors, pipelines, and agent workflows, own our developer checklists, give specific remediation guidance, and run training and office hours
- Test with assistive technology: Test web and mobile experiences with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, and voice control
- Run the program: Keep the Digital Accessibility Policy, Standards, and Conformance Statement current, coordinate audits with our audit vendor, provide technical evidence to Humana’s legal partners for compliance reviews and complaint responses, and handle vendor administration
