If you love spreading joy through eyewear and thrive in a creative, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

  • Apply fashion and accessory trend narratives onto 2D product surfaces, graphics, and printed collateral with precision

  • Ensure high-fidelity translation of creative vision onto final product print files and 2D Tech Packs
  • Mentor junior designers in CMF exploration, surface artwork generation, and packaging design execution
  • Be accountable and stick to agreed upon timelines, in addition to communicating early (and often!) when things are off track; we don't expect perfection, we expect communication
  • Work closely with the Product Development, Product Strategy, and Design teams to keep fresh ideas flowing
  • This role is in the Innovation and Design team and will report directly to the Director of Innovation and Design
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
