Job Description
The Sr. Process Improvement Specialist serves as an internal consultant and subject matter expert responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, CAP, WorkOut, DMAIC, PDCA/PDSA, A3 Thinking and facilitation methodologies, the role partners with executive, clinical, operational and frontline leaders to improve quality, safety, patient experience, workforce engagement, operational efficiency and financial stewardship. The position mentors improvement practitioners and supports the Lean Management System.
Education And Credentials
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related, Engineering or Business required. Master's degree in healthcare or related, Engineering or Business preferred.
Experience
7 years of experience in healthcare/clinical work setting required. 5 years of experience in lean, six sigma, performance improvement and/or Change management with demonstrated accomplishments with project teams required.
