- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory quality standards.
- Establish process standards and best practices across sites to reduce variation and improve cost efficiency.
- Lead evaluation and qualification of advanced equipment and automation solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to multiple project teams and mentor senior engineers.
- Work closely with executive leadership to align process engineering initiatives with business goals.
- Define and lead major process development programs and technology integration efforts with enterprise-wide impact.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
- 8 years of relevant experience
