Own process oversight of contract manufacturing partners, including process audits, qualification of new products and sites, and corrective action follow-up.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions for significant or recurring production and quality issues, using data to confirm the fix holds.
Drive continuous improvement targets for first pass yield, cycle time, scrap and cost, and report progress to Operations and Quality leadership.
Redesign production workflows and line layouts using lean principles, in partnership with Production Supervisors and Managers.
Serve as the operations lead to Engineering for Production Software and test systems, validating that changes work on the production floor.
